there are two kinds FR ACP.

B1 Class Fire Rated Aluminium Composite Panel is Consisted of Two Aluminium Cover Sheet sandwiching a Polyethylene Core mixed with aluminium hydroxide (Al(OH)3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2)
it can be catched on fire after 15 minutes, and when the fire leave the panels, the fire on the panels will extinguish after 10 seconds.

A2 Class Fire Rated Aluminium Composite Panel is a new type of nonflammable product. Consisted of Two Aluminium Cover Sheet (or Stainless steel /Copper sheet), Sandwiching the Natural Inorganic minerals as core, featured as low-smoke, toxic free and halogen free,
It can’t be catched on fire, and the fire will extinguish at once when the fire leave the panels.
Which can be regarded as inorganic eco-friendly and Fire Rated materials with high density and low water absorption rate.

Alloy series classification:
AA1100
The purity of 1000 series aluminum alloy can reach more than 99%, and the price is relatively cheap. It is currently the most commonly used series in conventional industries.

AA3003
With Mn element as the main component, the content is between 1.0~1.5, it is a series with better anti-rust ability

AA5005
Main element is Magnesium, the magnesium content is between 3~5%, and it can become aluminum-magnesium alloy. The main features are low density, high tensile strength, high elongation, and good fatigue strength, but it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.
