PVDF ACP(ACM)

Description

PVDF ACP consists of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminium skins
(0.21~0.5mm). 
It exclusively made for exterior wall cladding purpose, it’s excellent property comes from the front coating & its outstanding durability. PVDF(Polyvinylidene Fluoride Carbon) Kynar 500 coating is achieved through the continuing roller coating system which is based on the most prestigious Duranar technology & the multiple layers are individually stoved at 220~260℃.

Alloy series classification:
AA1100
The purity of 1000 series aluminum alloy can reach more than 99%, and the price is relatively cheap. It is currently the most commonly used series in conventional industries.

AA3003
With Mn element as the main component, the content is between 1.0~1.5, it is a series with better anti-rust ability

AA5005
Main element is Magnesium, the magnesium content is between 3~5%, and it can become aluminum-magnesium alloy. The main features are low density, high tensile strength, high elongation, and good fatigue strength, but it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.
