  • 4MM PVDF ACP

    PVDF ACP consists of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminium skins (0.21~0.5mm). It exclusively made for exterior wall cladding purpose, it’s excellent property comes from the front coating & its outstanding durability. PVDF(Polyvinylidene Fluoride Carbon) Kynar 500 coating is achieved through the continuing roller coating system which is based on the most prestigious Duranar technology & the multiple layers are individually stoved at 220~260℃.

    ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL
       ACP(ACM) is consisting of two high purity aluminum alloy cover sheets sandwiching a nontoxic low density polyethylene core produced from a continuous extrusion process. its front also paste a layer of protective film.
    For outdoor, aluminum-plastic panels are fronted with a fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) coating,
    and for indoor, generally their fronted with polyester coating.
    It has been rapidly favored by people for its economy, diversity of optional colors, convenient construction methods, excellent processing performance, excellent fire resistance and noble quality.
    The unique performance of aluminum composite board itself determines its wide use: it can be used for building external walls, curtain wall panels, renovation of the old building, indoor wall and ceiling decoration, advertising signs, display stands, purification and dustproof engineering. It belongs to a new building decoration material.
