Glossy PE ACP (Polyester coated Aluminum Composite Panel)

Glossy PE ACP features bright high-gloss polyester coating. It consists of two aluminum skins bonded with PE polyethylene core.

It has excellent flatness, rich color options and good printability, cost-effective.

Note: PE coating is mainly for interior decoration & signage. Not recommended for long-term outdoor use.

2. Lightweight & high rigidity Sandwich PE core structure, low density (approx 3.5–5.5 kg/m² for 4mm panel). High strength-to-weight ratio, anti-deformation and good impact resistance.

3. Excellent workability Easy V-groove routing, cutting, drilling, cold bending and arching with common woodworking tools. No paint cracking on folded lines thanks to flexible PE coating.

4. Good flatness & dimensional stability Low thermal expansion, keeps flat under normal temperature fluctuation.

5. Waterproof, stain & corrosion resistance Seamless PE coating repels water, dust and most daily stains; resists mild acid & alkali.

6. Thermal & acoustic insulation PE core helps reduce heat transfer and absorb noise.

7. Easy maintenance Smooth non-porous surface. Clean simply with water + neutral detergent; low upkeep cost.

8. Rich colour customisation Solid colours, metallic colours available; supports digital printing for patterns.

⚠️ Limitations (important )

PE coating has moderate UV resistance. Not recommended for coastal high-salt, strong long-term UV outdoor projects if over 10-year colour retention is required (choose PVDF glossy ACP for such cases). Gloss surface may show fingerprints easily.
